Tri-County was accepted to participate in the 2010-2011 "I Can".....Help My Child Stay Healthy program. This program is to help with achieving positive health outcomes for Head Start families.
On February 12, 2011 in Center, Texas at the "Tri-County Head Quarters". All families received an "I Can" backpack filled with health products. The families were served healthy snacks and watched a movie.
Proposal for agency audit
Tri-County is accepting Requests for Proposals for its annual agency audit for the period May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. Deadline for the RFP to be submitted is Friday, April 15, 2011 at 4:40p.m. TCCA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Objective: Targets low income families that are elderly, disabled, or with very young children who have been hit with extraordinary events or situations creating a threat to the health or well being of the household.
Services provided: Utility Assistance, Assisting with fixing or replacing heating and cooling units, water heaters, and refrigertors.
Counties Served: Harrison, Jasper, Newton, Panola, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Tyler, and Upshur.
